Paige Christensen, Salt Lake City, UT

Paige Christensen, APRN, is the Associate Medical Director of Thrombosis and Anticoagulation & and the Director of the Clinical Pharmacy Anticoagulation Service at Intermountain Healthcare. She has specialized in anticoagulation management for the past 18 years. During this time, she has overhauled existing outpatient anticoagulation management services through standardization and participating on a team that created clinical guidelines, patient and provider education tools, and computerized clinical decision support tools for anticoagulation management in the adult inpatient and outpatient settings and the pediatric outpatient setting.

Paige is passionate about identifying creative solutions to ensure access, equity, safety and quality in all phases of anticoagulation and thrombosis management. She received her APRN degree from Columbia University and did her training at New York Presbyterian Hospital/Columbia University.
