Our Impact
Our Programs
AMGA Foundation programs galvanize medical groups to perform the most cost-effective, quality health care for their patients. Through these initiatives, we share best practices based on quantitative and qualitative data generated by our members and translate what works best in everyday practice.
- Our national campaign, Rise to Immunize®, aims to increase routine adult immunization rates with the goal of 30 million vaccines administered by 2027 through comprehensive and equitable vaccine initiatives. The campaign engages medical groups, nonprofit partners, and sponsors (including Pfizer Inc., GSK, Sanofi, Johnson & Johnson, Merck, Dynavax, and CSL Seqirus) to achieve this collective goal.
- The Acclaim Award honors organizations exhibiting healthcare excellence and equity, and disseminates their best practices
- Best Practices Learning Collaboratives create learning environments to explore critical topics such as: adult immunizations, atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease (ASCVD), colorectal cancer prevention, bundled diabetes measures, Medicare Advantage, obesity, and osteoporosis.
- Quality Innovation Collectives (QuIC) prompt high-level discussion and collaboration and create care paths for pressing conditions including colorectal cancer (CRC) .
Improving the Health of 100 Million Americans
