Kay Sadik, PharmD, PhD

Kay Sadik, PharmD, PhD, is the Director of Population Health Research for Janssen Scientific Affairs, LLC. In her role, Kay is responsible for leading Population Health Research and Health Equity focused studies and initiatives. Kay has more than 20 years of experience working across a variety of functions, sectors, and therapeutic areas within Johnson & Johnson.  Prior to joining the Population Health Research Team, Kay led the development and execution of the evidence generation, evidence dissemination, and market access scientific strategies for the Janssen Hematology portfolio. In addition, Kay successfully led multiple product launch activities across the oncology portfolio. Prior to these roles, Kay held various leadership roles across Ethicon, DePuy Synthes, LifeScan and Janssen Pharmaceuticals in the areas of Health Economics, Market Access, Field Health Economics and Marketing.

Kay recieved a PharmD and a PhD in Pharmacy Administration/Health Economics from the University of South Carolina and has authored several publications and presented at various professional meetings.
