An interview with Olmsted Medical Center’s Tim Weir, M.H.A., M.B.A., FACHE

As Chief Executive Officer, Tim Weir has been providing system administrative leadership for Olmsted Medical Center (OMC) since 2006 through a dyad leadership model. He is also chair of AMGA’s 2022 Board of Directors. He discusses the challenges of leadership during times of crisis, the impact of COVID-19 on healthcare delivery, and his priorities for AMGA.
