Seven Domains That Lead to High Performance

We believe there are seven key areas that lead to high performance in the medical group, and they provide the framework for our HPPE Program. These domains are measured with both quantitative and qualitative input from your organization.

We are proud to have Lightbeam Health Solutions serve as the exclusive partner for analytics and population health management services for AMGA. This partnership is perhaps best showcased in the HPPE Program’s Clinical Outcomes domain, where AMGA leverages Lightbeam’s best-in-class population health tools to serve as the clinical horsepower behind 15 quality measures in which participants will be able to benchmark performance each quarter.

Participants will work closely with both AMGA and Lightbeam to establish a secure data feed that extracts clinical data for benchmark comparison.

Continuing High Performance

• A high-performance scorecard (green, yellow, red) assessment of your entire organization, highlighting areas of opportunity, indicating where to focus improvement efforts, and providing clarity for your leadership and governance

• A customized roadmap that tracks progress throughout the first year and is adjusted and refined for the next 12 months.

• An engaged leadership team of experts in national medical group best practices across each domain, with specific focus on the clinical, administrative, financial, etc. aspects of the organization.
