This policy describes AMGA’s process for identifying, managing, and addressing any financial interests of investigators and key staff that may affect their judgment in performing research duties and/or cause bias impairing the objectivity and integrity of AMGA research.

This disclosure form must be completed by investigators and other key research staff to aid decision makers in identifying, managing, and addressing any financial interest(s) that present an actual or perceived risk to the quality and integrity of AMGA research.
