The medical group created a new structure across all 50+ medical facilities centering on local clinic-based champions called MD Pediatric Immunization Consultants (MDPIC). MDPICs support performance improvement projects to reach vaccination benchmarks and provide peer-to-peer training on vaccine communication to MD colleagues and staff.
