The Dr. Barney Newman Collective for Quality & Innovation in Ambulatory Palliative Care
AMGA’s new Quality and Innovation Collective (QuIC) on Ambulatory Palliative Care aims to healthcare organizations to develop and implement an interdisciplinary team approach to palliative care in an ambulatory setting.
This QuIC is a three-phase initiative, combining a virtual discussion forum, a two-day in-person meeting, and a two-day virtual meeting. This QuIC utilizes interactive workshops with quality improvement tools and qualitative methodology to engage AMGA member organizations in thoughtful discussions to collect insights and share best practices on creating and implementing an interdisciplinary team approach to palliative care in an ambulatory setting.
