Data Collection: 2023 Nursing Specialty Compensation and Pay Practices Survey

AMGA Consulting, in partnership with Korn Ferry (US), is conducting a survey to provide insight into nursing specialty compensation and pay practices in different care settings and specialties. This collaborative effort by two national compensation survey providers takes a fresh approach by capturing variation between specialties and understanding the components and factors that influence nurse compensation.
The 2023 Nursing Specialty Compensation & Pay Practices Survey will provide valuable data and fresh insights in several key areas, including:
- how differences in types of specialty, level of care, and care settings impact nursing compensation
- how the components of nursing compensation vary by specialty and care setting
- how nursing leadership compensation varies by title/level and proximity to the bedside/care delivery
The survey results will allow health system and medical group leaders to make informed, data-driven decisions about their nursing compensation programs in order to attract and retain talented caregivers.
