Free for medical group members, regional meetings are specifically designed to be interactive with an agenda crafted to facilitate networking among attendees. Time is split between succinct presentations, small group breakouts, and an open floor ("Hot Topics") where attendees can consult with the group for advice on any topic. To ensure the content is specific to individual markets, topics and speakers are identified via a planning committee of AMGA medical group members in the region.

This session will present details on recent compensation and productivity trends, steps organizations are taking to better align their plans to their strategic plans and shift to value, and provide a detailed methodology to adjust compensation factors to better achieve alignment, regardless of market conditions.

Program Objectives:

1. Examine strategic approach to DAX implementation, including clinician selection, specialty adoption, and burnout mitigation, to understand how intentional deployment can enhance clinical workflows and maximize AI-driven benefits.
2. Identify and address common pitfalls in collecting and reporting quality metrics within value-based care, while providing strategies to effectively manage these challenges.
3. Explore best practices for integrating Advanced Practice Clinicians (APCs) into hospital teams, including strategies to foster collaboration, overcome role overlap and communication barriers, and enhance their impact on patient care.
4. A proven methodology for adjustment of plans to align to market and organizational conditions, especially in regard to aligning compensation to value.
