AI is revolutionizing healthcare, but its success depends on building a strong foundation; including establishing clear governance frameworks ensures ethical, secure, and compliant deployment of AI technologies across clinical and operational domains. Rather than relying on a "rip and replace" approach we should take a strategic approach on how we can evolve and transform how we support and deliver healthcare with AI as a partner.

Speakers: Jill Cash, MSN, APN, Family Nurse Practitioner, Vanderbilt; and Michael Eden, MD, President & Robert Bratton, MD, CPE, MMM, Chief Medical Officer, Lexington Clinic
Join us for a discussion on building effective mentorship programs for physicians and advanced practice providers. Lexington Clinic will share their dual approach featuring a physician mentoring committee and a physician ambassador program for retired clinicians, while Vanderbilt University Medical Center presents their Primary Care APP Academy—a structured one-year program designed to support novice practitioners transitioning into clinical roles. Both organizations will discuss their program structures, compensation models, clinical ramp-up strategies, and the tangible outcomes they've achieved including improved retention, enhanced job satisfaction, and expanded hiring pools.
