Free for medical group members, regional meetings are specifically designed to be interactive with an agenda crafted to facilitate networking among attendees. Time is split between succinct presentations, small group breakouts, and an open floor ("Hot Topics") where attendees can consult with the group for advice on any topic. To ensure the content is specific to individual markets, topics and speakers are identified via a planning committee of AMGA medical group members in the region.

Template Optimization
Andreya Risser, Medical Director of Access, Bon Secours Mercy Health
Template optimization is the foundation for various scheduling tools to work well and efficiently. This process requires understanding of both the practice you are optimizing and the scheduling tools you plan to implement. Bon Secours Mercy Health started with optimizing primary care, then implemented several scheduling tools including patient directed scheduling through the portal, before moving to specialty practices. This presentation will include discussion of the process as well as feedback and next steps.
