      Sponsorship Opportunities

      Health Equity Forum Sponsor
      As a Forum sponsor, you will be at the table with AMGA members from health systems and medical groups across the country exploring best practices to addressing health disparities and the social drivers of health.
       
      Chronic Care Roundtable
      As a Chronic Care Roundtable sponsor, you will collaborate with AMGA member leaders at two interactive meetings per year to create strategies that improve health outcomes for patients with chronic conditions and preventable diseases.
       
      Health Equity Initiative Sponsor (12 months)
      Be an integral part of our collaborative health equity work by sponsoring the annual initiative. As a sponsor, you'll partner with AMGA members in developing resources, tools, and programming for medical groups and health systems in creating health equity within their workforce, patient populations and the communities they serve.
