      AMGA Hosts Healthcare Leaders and Executives in Las Vegas in 2026

      AMGA’s 2026 Annual Conference takes place April 15-18 at the Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas, Nevada.       The Definitive Leadership Forum for Health System and Medical Group Executives

      Alexandria, VA – AMGA’s 2026 Annual Conference takes place April 15-18 at the Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas, Nevada. This year’s meeting, designed for health system and medical group executives driving organizational performance, clinical outcomes, and financial sustainability, will deliver cutting-edge strategies and solutions on process, value, culture, and leadership. 

      The 2026 Annual Conference will feature two keynotes: Daniel Kraft, MD, physician-scientist and entrepreneur, and Dethra Giles, executive leadership & HR strategist, as well as a fireside chat with Mark Cuban, entrepreneur and co-founder of Cost Plus Drugs. 

      Mark Cuban is an entrepreneur and co-founder of Cost Plus Drugs, as well as longtime “Shark” on Shark Tank, who will sit down for a candid fireside chat during the conference. The conversation, moderated by AMGA board member Anil Keswani, MD, will explore the pressures healthcare is under from every direction, including capital constraints, workforce fatigue, and more. Cuban will help inspire healthcare leaders to shape the disruption coming in healthcare. 
       
      Dethra Giles is an executive leadership and HR strategist with featured speaking engagements including five-time TEDx speaker. Giles will deliver an energizing session presenting a practical framework for building trust, energizing teams, and leading with resilience in complex, high-stakes settings, using communication as a leader’s most powerful tool. She will use real-world insights to lead with clarity, confidence, and purpose. 

      Daniel Kraft, MD, is a Stanford- and Harvard-trained physician-scientist, entrepreneur, and founder of Singularity University, formerly NextMed Health. Kraft has spent more than 25 years at the intersection of medicine and accelerating technology. In his opening keynote, Dr. Kraft will explore how converging exponential technologies are reshaping care delivery, workforce models, and business strategy. 

      New to the conference this year is a half-day, invitation-only CEO Forum. It will feature a fireside chat with Diamandis and Warner Thomas, president and CEO of Sutter Health. A special strategic workshop led by the Center for Creative Leadership is also included in the forum. 

      Other highlights include:

      • 50 posters featuring innovative work from healthcare’s brightest 
      • 24 peer-to-peer breakout sessions tailored to specific organization types: system, independent, and academic.
      • Deep-dive sessions exploring financial resiliency, population health, service lines, and more
      • Council Meetings offering a peer-to-peer learning experience based on exchanging ideas, discussing strategies, and sharing solutions with those in similar roles.
      • The Hub providing a highly-interactive networking space, designed to connect attendees to solutions provided by sponsors and exhibitors.
      • The closing event featuring Dinner, Deception & Dessert with world-famous illusionists Penn & Teller
