This presentation will include an overview of AMGA’s 2021 Medical Group Compensation and Productivity Survey. The presenters will discuss pay trends year-over-year and the impacts of COVID-19 on production and compensation levels in 2020. They will also offer their thoughts on how the change in work RVU weights for 2021 will be addressed in next year’s survey.
