      2026 Seattle Regional Meeting (Feb)

      Free for medical group members, regional meetings are specifically designed to be interactive with an agenda crafted to facilitate networking among attendees. Time is split between succinct presentations, small group breakouts, and an open floor ("Hot Topics") where attendees can consult with the group for advice on any topic. To ensure the content is specific to individual markets, topics and speakers are identified via a planning committee of AMGA medical group members in the region.

      Speakers: Ann MacCracken, Director of Talent & Strategy and Shay Miller, MBAHM, Senior Director of Operations, Vancouver Clinic

      Ann and Shay will share how Vancouver Clinic implemented programs such as an MA in Training pathway, career ladders, and leader development initiatives to improve retention. They will highlight measurable reductions in turnover, particularly within the first year, and discuss lessons learned along the way.
