EvergreenHealth has increased virtual care year over year since 2021 including through an EMR migration. Focusing on telemedicine, e-visits, and e-consults EvergreenHealth Medical Group has increased access, improved patient satisfaction, and built the foundation for a hybrid care delivery model. Through empowering patients to choose care modalities to restructuring provider templates EvergreenHealth’s Director of Innovation & Digital Health will share the successes and challenges in their journey towards building virtual care infrastructure that increases efficiency, reduces burnout, and removes barriers to care.
