Cancellation Policy

Unable to travel to Orlando after you’ve sent in your registration? A cancellation request can be sent to AMGA in writing by Friday, March 11, for a refund less a $100 processing fee. Cancellations between March 11 and March 29 have the option to obtain a letter of credit (for one year) for a future AMGA activity. After March 29, AMGA will review cancellation requests on a case-by-case basis. Substitutions are welcome if you cannot attend. Please email registrations@amga.org.

Use of Attendee Contact Info Policy

AMGA’s conferences and events are supported by exhibitors and sponsors. Benefits provided to these supporting organizations include postal mailing lists of our registered attendees.  This is an automatic “opt-in” to share information as agreed upon once an attendee registers for the event.  Email address sharing is an automatic “opt-out” in this process, no email addresses are included on registration lists provided to exhibitors and sponsors.  AMGA event participants can “opt in” for email communications with exhibitors and breakout session sponsors by allowing their badge to be scanned, or by providing their contact information directly to the exhibitor or sponsor upon their request.

AMGA’s Code of Conduct applies at all AMGA meetings, conferences, forums, and meeting-related events, including those sponsored by other organizations but held in conjunction with AMGA. Please review this code of conduct on the website.

Photo/Video Policy

AMGA will take photos and videos of conference participants throughout the event. These media are for AMGA use only and may appear on the AMGA website, conference brochures, social media outlets, or other future AMGA promotional material. This also includes photos uploaded using the AMGA convention app or uploaded to social media by participants. By virtue of your attendance, you agree to usage of your likeness in such media.
