Provider Satisfaction
A culture of high performance relies on engaged and empowered providers and staff. Through our Provider Satisfaction (ProSat) Program, we offer the data to make certain you have line of sight into how your providers feel about their workplace. Using customized surveys and AMGA benchmarking data, we help our clients develop a game plan for improving engagement and increasing retention rates. The result is increased satisfaction and improved alignment with the organization’s mission and goals.

Our Clients
Our Clients
Since 2002, AMGA's ProSat Program has helped medical groups improve provider satisfaction and well-being. Our database has grown to more than 45 medical groups and 10,000 providers, with more organizations added each year. While our clients find the benchmarks useful for target-setting, the true payoff has been improvement in satisfaction and provider retention over time.
