Through our Provider Satisfaction (ProSat) Program, we offer the data to make certain you have line of sight into how your providers feel about their workplace. Our database has grown to more than 45 medical groups and 10,000 providers, with more organizations added each year. While our clients find the benchmarks useful for target-setting, the true payoff has been improvement in satisfaction and provider retention over time.
