Since 2002, AMGA's ProSat Benchmarking has helped medical groups improve provider satisfaction and well-being. Our database has grown to more than 45 medical groups and 10,000 providers, with more organizations added each year. While our clients find the benchmarks useful for target-setting, the true payoff has been improvement in satisfaction and provider retention over time.
