This year's survey compiles compensation and productivity metrics for 197 specialties based on responses from 459 medical groups representing nearly 190,000 clinicians nationwide, along with salary and bonus data for 61 executive/leadership positions. In 2021, medical groups experienced significant disruption when outpatient E/M code values were increased. The implementation of G2211 is on track to create similar disruption. While overall utilization is still in flux initial projections show it will significantly increase the number of wRVUs associated with primary care services.
