VACCINATION REQUIREMENT

As part of AMGA’s commitment to the health and safety of our event attendees and supporters, proof of vaccination is required to attend the AMGA’s 2022 IQL Conference.  You must be fully vaccinated* according to CDC guidelines and provide proof of your vaccination upon check-in at AMGA’s registration desk. Before you’re able to obtain your name badge onsite, you will be asked to display your proof of full vaccination – proof can be original vaccination card, copy of front/back of card, photo of front/back of card and/or any other electronic or app-based vaccine verification.  Failure to provide verification of vaccination will impact your ability to enter the event space. 

*CDC has approved or authorized three vaccines to prevent COVID-19. They are Pfizer-BioNTech, Moderna and Johnson &Johnson’s Janssen. A person is fully vaccinated 2 weeks after the 2nd dose of Pfizer and Moderna vaccines. A person is fully vaccinated 2 weeks after 1st dose of J&J’s Janssen.

AMGA Education Mission Statement

The American Medical Group Association’s continuing education program delivers high-quality learning activities to respond to the educational needs of medical group leaders.

AMGA’s continuing education activities enable its members to share information and innovations in order to remain current and continually improve patient care by advancing the multi-specialty medical groups and integrated systems of care as the preeminent model to deliver high performance health care. The association accomplishes this goal by offering timely, unparalleled learning activities including an annual conference, regional meetings, leadership council meeting, and digital events.  

Medical group leaders who participate in activities offered by AMGA can apply for credits to complete their requirements in CME, CPE, ACMPE, and ACHE.

Code of Ethics

AMGA’s Code of Ethics applies at all AMGA meetings, conferences, forums, and meeting-related events, including those sponsored by organizations other than AMGA but held in conjunction with AMGA events in which they participate. Attendees should familiarize themselves with our code of ethics.

Use of Attendee Contact Info Policy

AMGA’s conferences and events are supported by exhibitors and sponsors. Benefits provided to these supporting organizations include postal mailing lists of our registered participants. 

AMGA does not provide or distribute email addresses to the supporters. Participants are encouraged to interact with our sponsors and exhibitors throughout the conference and can personally provide their contact details through the supporter’s lead retrieval system by having a badge scanned. For digital events, trackable email addresses are provided when a participant engages with a supporting organization.

Photo/Video Policy

AMGA will take photos and videos of conference participants throughout the event. This media is for AMGA use only and may appear on the AMGA website, conference brochures, social media outlets, or other future AMGA promotional material. This also includes photos uploaded using the AMGA convention app or uploaded to social media by participants. By virtue of your attendance, you agree to usage of your likeness in such media.

Waiver of Liability

AMGA’s events will continue to follow local and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines for hosting events.

In consideration of being able to attend these events, you hereby waive, release, forever discharge, and agree to indemnify and hold harmless AMGA and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and volunteers, from any and all liability, claims, demands, injury, damages, and actions, costs and expenses of every kind and nature, whether known or unknown, you may have or which hereafter accrue to you, resulting from or in any way arising from complications due to COVID-19 as a result of your attending the event.

By attending this event, you agree to comply with all safety requirements set forth by AMGA and the host hotel. If there is any difference in safety requirements, you agree to apply strictest version of such safety requirements.

If you find, as you get closer to the event date, that you’re not comfortable with the local and CDC guidelines for large group gatherings, you can reach out to us to amend your registration.
