Three Ways to Register
Provider organizations are encouraged to bring their administrative and clinical leadership teams to IQL22.
Three or more registrants from the same organization will receive a $100 discount per registration.

Friday, August 26: Last day to register at the Early Bird rate
Thursday, September 1: Last day to guarantee a hotel reservation
Friday, September 9: Last day to register at the Advance Rate
Cancellations must be submitted in writing by Friday, September 9 in order to receive a refund, less a $100 processing fee. Cancellations between September 10 and September 16 will be provided a letter of credit for a future AMGA activity.
After September 17, cancellations will be considered on a case-by-case basis and refunds/letters of credit are not guaranteed. No-shows are not eligible for refunds. Substitutions are welcome and will not incur a processing fee.
