August 2023 marked the campaign's second RIZE Action Month, where groups "took action" to prepare their care teams for respiratory season. Specifically, participants gathered healthcare professionals within their organizations to discuss team-based approaches to closing vaccine care gaps—with a focus on influenza and pneumococcal vaccines.
 
Groups were provided all necessary materials for their events (see below), and up to $1,000 in reimbursement for event food and drinks. 
 
2023 RIZE Action Month engaged 600+ healthcare professionals across 28 AMGA member groups in conducting discussions around team-based approaches to closing immunization care gaps. For more information and details about group participation, view the 2023 RIZE Action Month Wrap Report.

During our inaugural RIZE Action Month in August 2022, AMGA member groups “took action” to strengthen their vaccine recommendations. Participants gathered their immunization teams to watch the “5 Strategies to Strengthen Your Vaccine Recommendations” video and to discuss its application in their practices. Groups were provided all necessary materials for their events (see below), and up to $100 for event food and drinks.
