Welcome to the Rise to Immunize® campaign! As you familiarize yourself with the campaign and begin the planning process, please follow this Welcome Checklist to take full advantage of our resources:
- Share additional team points of contact with us. We automatically enroll your team’s campaign points of contact (as provided on the campaign enrollment form) in Rise to Immunize communications—such as our monthly newsletter, webinar registrations, and more. To add additional team members to our distributions, please send names, titles, and email addresses to RiseToImmunize@amga.org. If roles or team members change at any point, be sure to let us know!
- Keep us out of your Junk Email! To ensure all team members receive Rise to Immunize communications, each point of contact should add the following emails to their safe senders list: RiseToImmunize@amga.org, and domains ending in @zoom.us, @amgalist.org and @amga.org.
- Submit your organization's logo. To recognize your commitment to improving adult vaccination rates, we will feature your organization on our Participating AMGA Members webpage. To receive additional visibility on our homepage, share your organization’s logo. Please email a PNG version of your organization’s logo (width of 600 pixels) to RiseToImmunize@amga.org.
- Review data reporting requirements. We recommend that you familiarize yourself with the data reporting tracks, measurement specifications, and reporting deadlines. Please contact RiseToImmunize@amga.org with questions about the data requirements or submission process.
