RIZE Pneumococcal Vaccination Best Practices Learning Collaborative

Overview

AMGA Foundation, with support from Pfizer, launched a 12-month initiative focused on helping medical groups develop and implement strategies to vaccinate high-risk adults 19-64 with underlying medical conditions based on the 2022 ACIP pneumococcal vaccine guidelienes in primary care and specialty clinical settings. 

The RIZE Pneumococcal Vaccination Best Practices Learning Collaborative (Pneumococcal Vaccination Collaborative) is designed to provide a platform for participating organizations to improve both clinical and economic outcomes for this patient population through the development and implementation of quality improvement projects, best pratice sharing, and peer learning.
