AMDA- The Society for Post-Acute and Long-Term Care Medicine

AMDA- The Society for Post-Acute and Long-Term Care Medicine is the only medical specialty society representing the community of  medical directors, physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and other practitioners working in the various post-acute and long-term care (PALTC) settings. The society promotes and enhances the development of competent, compassionate, and committed medical practitioners and leaders to provide goal-centered care across all post-acute and long-term care settings.

Gerontological Society of America

Gerontological Society of America (GSA) is the nation's oldest and largest interdisciplinary organization devoted to research, education, and practice in the field of aging. The principal mission of the Society is to advance the study of aging and disseminate information among scientists, decision makers, and the public.

Hepatitis B Foundation

The Hepatitis B Foundation is a national nonprofit organization dedicated to finding a cure and improving the quality of life for those affected by hepatitis B worldwide. Our commitment includes funding focused research, promoting disease awareness, supporting immunization and treatment initiatives, and serving as the primary source of information for patients and their families, the medical and scientific community, and the general public.

Immunize.org

Immunize.org works to increase immunization rates and prevent disease by creating and distributing educational materials for healthcare professionals and the public that enhance the delivery of safe and effective immunization services.

National Adult and Influenza Immunization Summit (NAIIS)

The National Adult and Influenza Immunization Summit (NAIIS) is dedicated to addressing and resolving adult and influenza immunization issues and improving the use of vaccines recommended by CDC’s Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices.

National Minority Quality Forum

National Minority Quality Forum (NMQF) is a research and educational organization dedicated to ensuring that high-risk racial and ethnic populations and communities receive optimal healthcare. This nonprofit, nonpartisan organization integrates data and expertise in support of initiatives to eliminate health disparities.

Unity® Consortium is a non-profit organization that aims to provide action-oriented leadership, innovation, and education on preventative health and immunization for adolescents and young adults. 
 

Vaccinate Your Family

Founded in 1991, Vaccinate Your Family (VYF) is a national nonprofit organization that strives to protect people of all ages from vaccine preventable diseases. They do this by raising awareness of the critical need for timely immunizations, increasing the public's understanding of vaccines, increasing confidence in the safety of vaccines, ensuring that all families have access to lifesaving vaccines, and advocating for policies that support timely vaccination.
