You are invited to participate as an exhibitor at the AMGA 2020 Annual Conference on Wednesday, March 25 through Saturday, March 28, 2019, at the San Diego Convention Center in San Diego, California.

The AMGA Annual Conference is unique in this industry in that it brings together physician and non-physician executives from the nation’s leading healthcare organizations, medical groups, academic/faculty practices, integrated delivery systems, ACOs, physician-owned and -operated IPAs, and clinically integrated networks. The financial support we receive from organizations such as yours enables us to offer a dynamic conference featuring well-known industry experts presenting in general and breakout sessions as well as receptions and events where valuable networking takes place among colleagues and friends.

We are excited about the variety of new opportunities we have designed for exhibitors and contributors this year. On Thursday, we’re opening the Exhibit Hall earlier than we have in previous years, kicking it off at 2:00 p.m. for networking or meetings you’ve set with member attendees. In addition, you will see a new flow to our Exhibit Hall, which will encourage networking throughout your time with our participants.

We’ve added more opportunities for our Chairman’s Circle and Premier Level Corporate Partners, including attendance at the Reception for the Board of Directors and Leadership Councils on Wednesday evening. We’re also introducing convenient exhibitor packages: Lounges, Meeting Rooms, Kiosks, and Pods. These turnkey “booths” will be set up and ready for you in San Diego and are designed to foster conversations and meetings with our attendees.

The schedule on Friday, March 27, allows participants time in the hall with you for their meals and breaks, and our Happy Hour event that evening will be the official close of the Exhibit Hall. On Saturday, March 28, our contributors are invited to join our members in all the educational sessions and can take advantage of opportunities—including charging stations, massage stations, refreshment breaks, and more—as a means to interact right where your contacts will be throughout the day.

Lastly, our Exhibit Hall theme will be “Sail, Surf, and Sun,” and we encourage you to get creative and decorate your booth around sunny springtime activities in San Diego.
