During the course of the face-to-face meeting, presentations will focus on:

  • Redesigning primary care teams for population health and quality improvement
  • Compensation trends and incentivizing for value
  • Team-based care successes and pitfalls
  • Closing care gaps and addressing patients continuing to distance themselves

AMGA is instituting a new format specifically designed to increase the interaction and networking among attendees. Time will be split between a succinct presentation, small group breakouts, and an open floor where attendees can consult with the group for advice on any topic.

Our meeting takes place at the Hyatt Regency Atlanta. After you receive your registration confirmation, you will be eligible to reserve your hotel room.
