The application of this assessment tool at Multicare will be shared along with outcomes achieved and lessons learned through this process.

Trends in pay, productivity, and incentives for physicians and APCs will be shared. In addition, there will be discussion with the audience regarding next year’s survey and potential modifications due to the impact of COVID-19 on compensation and productivity.

In this presentation, Mr. Wolfe will discuss key considerations in fair market value (FMV) and commercial reasonableness. He will share information based on recent cases and settlements and discuss how organizations can mitigate risks through effective contracting and compensation policies and procedures.

Dr. Bone will speak to his experience with compensation plan design as a member of his division’s compensation committee and as physician dyad leader for the GI service line. Topics will include:

Compensation Case Studies: Access, Panel Size, and Group-Based Incentives

This session will focus on case studies that show how access, financial and group-based incentives can be incorporated into compensation models for physicians and APPs. Emphasis will be placed on how survey data can be used to help direct compensation plan design. Fair market value (FMV) will also be discussed for each of these models, including how FMV can be assessed in panel size models.
