Our Pay-for-Performance Agreement

Our shared-risk agreement structure ensures that you pay only for performance. Our fee structure is broken into three equal payments: One-third is due at the signing of a search agreement, one-third when qualified candidates are presented, and the final third when a candidate accepts your offer.
