Use of Attendee Contact Info Policy

AMGA’s conferences and events are supported by exhibitors and sponsors. Benefits provided to these supporting organizations include postal mailing lists of our registered participants. AMGA does not provide or distribute email addresses to the supporters. Participants are encouraged to interact with our sponsors and exhibitors throughout the conference and can personally provide their contact details through the supporter’s lead retrieval system by having a badge scanned. For digital events, trackable email addresses are provided when a participant engages with a supporting organization.
