Safety Precautions and Protocols

AMGA is committed to providing exceptional educational and networking experiences that inspire leadership, growth, and connections, especially through our in-person events.

There is no current mask mandate in Nashville, TN. The health and safety of our event attendees and supporters is the foremost priority, and AMGA is asking all attendees to complete a vaccination attestation to attend this event. You must be fully vaccinated* according to CDC guidelines and provide proof of your vaccination via attestation.

Failure to attest prior to arrival onsite will require participants to display proof of vaccination upon check-in at AMGA’s registration desk—proof can be original vaccination card, copy of front/back of card, photo of front/back of card, and/or any other electronic or app-based vaccine verification. Failure to provide verification of vaccination will impact your ability to enter the event space.

*CDC has approved or authorized three vaccines to prevent COVID-19. They are Pfizer-BioNTech, Moderna, and Johnson & Johnson’s Janssen. A person is fully vaccinated two weeks after the second dose of the Pfizer or Moderna vaccine. A person is fully vaccinated two weeks after first dose of J&J’s Janssen.

Waiver of Liability

AMGA’s events will continue to follow local and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines for hosting events. In consideration of being able to attend these events, you hereby waive, release, forever discharge, and agree to indemnify and hold harmless AMGA and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and volunteers, from any and all liability, claims, demands, injury, damages, and actions, costs and expenses of every kind and nature, whether known or unknown, you may have or which hereafter accrue to you, resulting from or in any way arising from complications due to COVID-19 as a result of your attending the event. By attending this event, you agree to comply with all safety requirements set forth by AMGA and the host hotel. If there is any difference in safety requirements, you agree to apply strictest version of such safety requirements. If you find, as you get closer to the event date, that you’re not comfortable with the local and CDC guidelines for large group gatherings, you can reach out to us to amend your registration.
