Who else is coming?

To streamline your networking, an attendee list is available for download to help you get in touch with friends and colleagues ahead of time. You can access contact information for your fellow attendees by logging into the AMGA Membership directory and also through the conference app.

What should I wear?

AMGA meetings are business casual. Please note that, often, variations in the air conditioning in the hotel meeting space can sometimes result in rooms that are too cold or too warm. We recommend you bring clothes where it will be easy to add or remove layers as needed.

How can I access handouts?

AMGA's Annual Conference is a "green" conference and only offers session handouts electronically. We will have wireless internet available in all meeting rooms and throughout our conference area. However, if you still want to have printouts of the presentations, we urge you to download them in advance and print them now to bring with you.

Where will everything be located?

The Gaylord Texan Resort & Convention Center will be the location for all educational sessions, meals, and the exhibitor showcase. Registration will be in the Grapevine Foyer. Registration hours are listed below:

How do I add ____ to my registration?

Check in at the AMGA registration desk on site, and let staff know what you would like to change on your registration.

Are meals included in my registration?

Registered for a Leadership Council? Meals included: breakfast, lunch, reception (Wednesday, March 22)

Registered for an Immersion Session? Meals included are: breakfast, lunch (Thursday, March 23)

Registered for the Main Conference? Meals included are: reception (Thursday, March 23), breakfasts, lunches, receptions (Friday, March 24 and Saturday, March 25)

What's included in a guest/spouse fee?

This $200 pass gives your guest access to the exhibit hall for the meals and receptions for the Main Conference (Thursday evening - Saturday evening).

How do I get CME/credit for attending?

The Credit Request Form can be completed a few different ways:

  • Through the AC17 App: the CME Request Form can be found under the Surveys/CME icon
  • On site: use the provided CME Request Form. Return the form to the AMGA registration desk
  • Mail the completed form to AMGA, One Prince Street, Alexandria, VA 22314
  • Fax the completed form to (703) 548-1890

AMGA will follow up within one month of the conference with an emailed certificate.
