AMGA September Joint Council Meeting

AMGA is pleased to offer 10 companies the opportunity to exhibit (tabletop displays only) at the Together 2 Goal® Diabetes Symposium and CMO, CNO, and Quality Council joint session meetings beginning on Wednesday, September 13 and ending on Thursday, September 14. The cost for a tabletop display will be $7,500 with discounts available for participants in AMGA’s Corporate Partner program and AMGA Foundation’s Chronic Care Roundtable as follows:

  • AMGA Chairman’s Circle ($5,000)

  • Chronic Care Roundtable Participants ($5,000)

  • AMGA Premier Corporate Partner ($6,750)

  • Executive Corporate Partner ($7,125)

  • Non-member ($7,500)

Event Overview

The Together 2 Goal® Diabetes Symposium, in collaboration with the American Diabetes Association, will focus on how medical groups and health systems can advance the management of people with Type 2 diabetes by implementing evidence-based care processes. Peer-to-peer learning and networking opportunities will be highlights of this in-person meeting.

The Together 2 Goal® Diabetes Symposium will occur in conjunction with the Chronic Care Roundtable (September 11-12), AMGA Analytics’ A4i learning collaborative meeting (September 12-13), and AMGA’s Chief Medical Officer/Medical Director, Chief Nursing Officer and Quality Leadership Councils meetings (September 12-15). Please note these additional meetings are open to AMGA members and invited guests only.

Chronic Care Roundtable members, AMGA Corporate Partners, and non-members are invited to exhibit and/or provide sponsorship to support the Together 2 Goal® Diabetes Symposium:

Exhibits ($5,000 to Chronic Care Roundtable Members and $7,500 to Non-members; AMGA Corporate Partners receive a discount, determined by partnership level): A limited number of tables will be available for exhibits during the Together 2 Goal® Diabetes Symposium, positioned in the main ballroom. Exhibitors will receive:

  • Interaction with Together 2 Goal® Diabetes Symposium and AMGA Leadership Council attendees

  • One exhibit table at the Together 2 Goal® Diabetes Symposium and at the Leadership Council Welcome Reception and breakfast

The Together 2 Goal® Diabetes Symposium is open to all AMGA members. Campaign primary and quality contacts, as well as members of the Chief Medical Officer/Medical Director, Chief Nursing Officer, and Quality Leadership Councils, and the AMGA Analytics’ A4i Learning Collaborative will be invited to the symposium.

Attendees include:
