AMGA is pleased to offer 10 companies with the opportunity to exhibit (tabletop displays only) at the opening reception and breakfast the following morning at conclusion of Capitol Hill Day and the beginning of the AMGA Joint Leadership Councils Meeting beginning on Wednesday, October 4, 2017, and ending on Thursday, October 5 (only members of the specific Leadership Councils are allowed to attend council meetings).

Tabletop exhibit fee pricing is as follows:

  • AMGA Chairman’s Circle ($4,000)

  • AMGA Premier Corporate Partner ($4,500)

  • Executive Corporate Partner ($4,750)

  • Non-member ($5,000)

AMGA Capitol Hill Day is being held in conjunction with the AMGA Joint Council Meeting: Chief Executive Officer/Chair/President, Chief Administrative Officer/Chief Operating Officer and Government Relations Leadership Councils.

What Is Capitol Hill Day?
AMGA's Capitol Hill Day is the only legislative fly-in for medical group leaders, where they can connect with their elected officials in Washington, D.C., to ensure they understand the principles that guide our industry and to advocate for the issues that are most important to medical groups or health systems.

Opportunities

Exhibits: A limited number of tables will be available for exhibits at the conclusion of Capitol Hill Day and the beginning of the Leadership Council, positioned in the main ballroom. Exhibitors will receive:

  • Interaction with both Capitol Hill attendees and AMGA Leadership Council attendees

  • One exhibit table at Leadership Council welcome reception and breakfast the following morning

  • Two representatives at welcome reception and breakfast

  • Pre- and post-Council meeting attendee list

  • Logo included on signage displayed at Leadership Council joint sessions

  • Acknowledgement in all enduring materials, including Inside AMGA

Tuesday, October 3
Welcome reception at Hyatt Regency Cap Hill for participants in AMGA’s Capitol Hill Day visitation program as well as the AMGA Board of Directors. Attendance estimated at 50-75 people.

Reception and dinner at a historic landmark or museum in Washington, DC, for attendees of AMGA’s Chief Executive Officer/Chair/President, Chief Administrative Officer/Chief Operating Officer and Government Relations Leadership Councils. Attendance estimated at 120-150 people.
