AHA-AMGA Learning Collaborative:

Better Care Integration in an Era of Uncertainty

As part of its mission to empower AMGA members to improve health and health care, AMGA has joined with the American Hospital Association (AHA) to create a collaborative program that provides organizations and physicians with the skills and information to move from a traditional model to a more organized, integrated system of care delivery for the purpose of managing population health..

Twenty groups participated in the pilot Fellowship (Group 1). These organizations worked together from July 2016 to July 2017, and developed solutions for current healthcare challenges during the 12-month period.

Based on the success achieved by participants in Group 1, AMGA and AHA are launching the next collaborative of participants in 2018 (Group 2).
