This presentation will frame the meeting with a discussion of the current state of accountable care, alternate routes to becoming an ACO, the evolution of value-based care, and the role of technology and data analytics in creating a truly patient- centered healthcare system. Featured speaker Dr. Daniel Kraft, a physician-scientist, inventor, and innovator with over 20 years of experience in clinical practice, biomedical research, and healthcare innovation, will discuss developing technologies and their potential in biomedicine and health care, as well as connected, data-driven, and integrated personalized medicine.
