AMGA Cejka Search 2009 Physician Retention Survey: Interim Edition

Invitations to participate in the AMGA Cejka Search 2009 Retention Survey: Interim Supplement have been sent to leaders at AMGA member groups. January 6, 2010 is the deadline for submission.

Since 2004, AMGA Executive Corporate Partner Cejka Search and AMGA have gathered statistics and insights about turnover, retention, and recruitment. The 2009 survey will briefly touch on turnover in order to identify a turnover rate by length of time with the organization. The greater part of the survey will focus on key strategies and issues that respondents have identified in prior surveys, along with identifying current trends in healthcare today.

Since only one survey questionnaire per member group may be accepted, organization-specific invitations to participate have been e-mailed to senior representatives within your organization who can then delegate as appropriate.
