Staff Requirements

To download the 2012 Patient Satisfaction Protocol, please click here. To indicate that your medical group wishes to participate in the Patient Satisfaction Survey, you must submit to AMGA a completed Survey Registration Form. You may download a copy of the Form by clicking here.

How It Works
The survey methodology is rigorous enough to provide statistically valid data but flexible enough to accommodate your office needs.

How to Get Started
The entire process typically takes three months from start to finish: one month for set-up, one month to survey, and one month for AMGA to prepare the report. The standard process is as follows:

Staff Requirements
The program is designed to be incorporated into your practice schedule smoothly without adding additional staff. You will need to designate a staff member oversee the program and function as the primary contact for AMGA. Depending on the size of your group, you also may have to designate site coordinators to manage the survey distribution in their office setting. Receptionists administer the survey to patients as they check out.
