Data/Benchmarking

Today many medical groups feel overwhelmed by the need for comparative data. AMGA understands the challenges inherent in mining and reporting data critical to the successful operation of a medical group. By using AMGA’s comprehensive data resources, medical groups are able to benchmark their performance against other groups of similar size and structure on both a national and regional level.

Patient Satisfaction Benchmarking Program: A low cost standardized process for collecting patient satisfaction data that enables groups to compare results to other leading multispecialty groups across the country. Includes survey instrument and reports.

Provider Satisfaction Benchmarking Program: A standardized process for collecting data on provider satisfaction that enables groups to compare results to medical groups throughout the country.

Anceta: Collaborative data warehouse project in development that will allow medical groups to build and maintain individual files of practice management, clinical, and quality benchmarks. Will allow comparisons with groups of similar size and structure.
