| AMGA Patient Satisfaction Benchmarking Program |
Report Overview
Five to six weeks after you submit the survey
data you will receive a comprehensive report that allows you to
benchmark your results at four levels:
results gives you a bird’s eye view of how your clinic is
performing as a whole. In addition, this section contains detailed
graphs plotting all departments and sites side-by-side for easy
analysis. Data is also broken out so you can see how results vary by
patient age, gender, health, insurance type, provider education, and
if the visit was scheduled or walk-in.
Education Level reports offer a comparison between
particular professional levels and providers of similar education
nationwide.
Specialty reports
allow each department to find out how they are performing as a whole
and compare themselves against like-specialty peers. In addition, all
providers in the specialty are plotted side-by-side to identify top
performers so they can be established as mentors for those who are not
scoring as well.
Site reports
allow each site to evaluate performance compared to the rest of the
group. In addition, data is broken down by specialty within the site.
Provider
reports that show in detail how each physician is performing on the
questions related to provider performance (data from questions
relating to phone access and appointment scheduling are not included).
Providers with thirty or more responses will also receive a percentile
ranking to help determine if they are at the top of the class.
