AMGA Provider Satisfaction Benchmarking Program


To measure the satisfaction of your providers in the key areas of medical group practice, the survey questions ask your providers to rate their satisfaction on a five-point Likert scale. AMGA provides surveys tailored to your organization and postage-paid response envelopes. The survey takes 10 minutes to complete and allows your providers to anonymously rate their satisfaction.

To view which questions are included in a particular dimension, hold your mouse over the dimension and the questions will appear to the right.

It also collects data regarding practice characteristics and provider demographics with questions concerning:

  • Hours Worked
  • Production Guidelines

  • Gender
  • Income
