Position: Vice President, Operations

Sisters of Mercy Health System, which operates in a seven state area with 18 acute care hospitals and 4,000 physicians, seeks a Vice President of Operations for one of their multi-specialty group practice sites.
Based in Washington, Missouri, the newly created position of Vice President of Operations will be responsible for infrastructure improvement, overall fiscal success, and growth and development of the physician group practice. Strong communication skills and a track record of success in a highly competitive healthcare environment are essential.
Qualifications include:
- Bachelor's degree required, Masters degree in Healthcare Administration or Business preferred.
- Five to ten years progressive leadership experience overseeing a physician group practice is essential.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience running a successful physician group practice while increasing volume and growing market share.
