Providence is calling a Director-Clinic Operations: Providence Medical Group, South.
Providence Medical Group-South is the largest primary and specialty group of physicians in Southern Oregon with 57 physicians in 11 clinic locations specializing in family practice, internal medicine, cardiology, obstetrics, gynecology, pediatric and surgical services.
The Director-Clinic Operations, based in Medford, OR, provides on-going leadership and operational oversight of these multiple, geographically diverse primary and specialty clinics. Advises senior medical group and system leaders on administrative and operational matters. Leads or participates in Providence Medical Group-wide special projects, committees or task forces as requested. Partners with Chief Medical Officer and Regional Directors on matters that potentially impact clinic provider´s professional activities or performance.
Qualified applicants will hold a Bachelors degree and have at least five years experience in medical group management at a senior level (preferably with a large group of 75+ physicians and multi-site locations).
