Position: St. Jude Medical Center

St. Jude Medical Center in Fullerton, California and part of the St. Joseph Health System has an immediate opening for 2 full-time Directors of Site Operations.

This position will be responsible for the systems, structures and day-to-day operations in specific locations of St. Jude Heritage Healthcare. You will work in partnership with the VP of Site Operations along with all senior management in developing relationships between the divisions, physicians, departments, and medical offices within St. Jude Heritage Health.

In addition, you will also provide leadership and direction to the Medical Office Managers, Supervisors, and Leads of St. Jude Heritage Healthcare in accordance with the policies and strategic direction of the Chief Operating Officer, St. Jude Medical Center executive management team, and the St. Jude Heritage Medical Group and participate in business development activities and strategic planning processes in order to ensure long term Heritage growth as well as positive physician, community and employee relations.

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Business or Healthcare Administration or other closely related field; minimum of 7+ years of management experience in a multi-specialty physician practice setting; and must have demonstrated success in budget management, operations turnarounds, and strategic planning. A Master's degree and California market experience is preferred.
