Position: Clinical Operations Director-Adult & Family Medicine

Eugene/Springfield, Oregon

To help us continue our commitment, we invite you to explore this engaging opportunity to join our team as Clinical Operations Director to lead Adult and Family Medicine practice sites throughout Lane County.

Major responsibilities include:

Overall operational responsibility for the Adult and Family Medicine practice with 65providers in 8 locations, overseeing 7 division managers.
Develop and achieve division plans for financial performance, clinical quality, service excellence, and patient centered priorities.
Provide mentoring, oversight, direction for growth and development of division managers and supervisors.
Provide leadership for program and business development as well as project management.
Ensures effective implementation and ongoing success of division initiatives.

Qualified candidates will possess:

Strong leadership experience in practice management operations with a proven track record in building successful physician relationships.
Commitment to building strong and rewarding relationships with practice staff.
Understanding of the clinical and operational processes required to care for patients in a complex medical practice setting.
Dedication to supporting the delivery of high-quality care essential to patient centered care.
BA/BS in a health-related or business field; Masters Degree preferred. Registered Nurses with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
