Position: Clinical Operations Director-Adult & Family Medicine
Eugene/Springfield, Oregon

as Clinical Operations Director to lead Adult and Family Medicine practice sites
throughout Lane County.
Major responsibilities include:
- Overall operational
responsibility for the Adult and Family Medicine
practice with 65providers in 8 locations,
overseeing 7 division managers.
- Develop and achieve
division plans for financial performance,
clinical quality, service excellence, and
patient centered priorities.
- Provide mentoring,
oversight, direction for growth and development
of division managers and supervisors.
- Provide leadership
for program and business development as well as
project management.
- Ensures effective
implementation and ongoing success of division
initiatives.
Qualified candidates will possess:
- Strong leadership
experience in practice management operations
with a proven track record in building
successful physician relationships.
- Commitment to
building strong and rewarding relationships with
practice staff.
- Understanding of the
clinical and operational processes required to
care for patients in a complex medical practice
setting.
- Dedication to
supporting the delivery of high-quality care
essential to patient centered care.
- BA/BS in a
health-related or business field; Masters Degree
preferred. Registered Nurses with relevant
experience are encouraged to apply.
