
Position: Site Manager
Community Physicians of Indiana is currently seeking an experienced individual to join their team in the role of Site Manager. This position is responsible for the management and leadership of 2 family practices with 6 providers, staff and implementation of processes that ensure excellence in clinical quality and service. Responsible for meeting practice financial targets; patient, employee and physician satisfaction targets and a focus on creating exceptional experiences through clinical and service excellence.
BA or BS required. Five years commensurate management experience in the healthcare industry will be considered in lieu of formal degree. Five years of management experience in the healthcare industry, preferably a physician practice setting.
