Position: Senior Practice Manager
Requires BS in Health-related or Business field w/5-8 yrs exp. managing a medically-related organization or business unit; strong AR or billing and collection experience, budgeting, provider enrollment, new practice ramp up, project mgmt exp. Member of MGMA / ACHE or similar prof'l group; Project mgmt cert. or prepared. Budget Projections, Personnel Practices, Accounting. Knowl. in Joint Commission regulations. Strong background in clinical operations, marketing, and budget, as well as IT mgmt. Supervise professional, clinical, clerical staff and oversee all office and patient care functions. Must have a high level of interpersonal, leadership & organizational skills and be able to multi task, prioritize, & motivate staff.
