Position: Chief Financial Officer

Rockwood, a prominent multi-specialty group, serving the inland northwest since 1930, is currently recruiting for the position of Chief Financial Officer.

The CFO is accountable for the effectiveness of internal controls, audits, budgets; financial management reports, accounting and payroll, and ensures the successful integration of financial controls with other departments within Rockwood. The CFO has executive responsibility for patient account management and business office activities, to include proper posting of charges and concessions, bad debt, collection agency activity and calculation of appropriate allowances. Will actively participate in the strategic and tactical planning process by providing analysis and sound business acumen.

Minimum qualifications include: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance. CPA certificate or Master's degree preferred. Working knowledge of tax laws and regulations in the healthcare industry. Minimum of 10 years progressive healthcare, financial management and/or accounting experience.
